With the aim of carrying out its mission to the best of its ability and in coherence with the strategic vision, Adare Pharma Solutions has decided to adopt a Gender Equality Management System (SGPG) compliant with UNI/PdR125:2022, as a valuable tool to ensure gender equality related to the presence and professional growth of women, enhancing the inclusive culture and the activation of processes capable of developing women’s empowerment.
